4. See, the part in quotes
The part in quotes is standard know-nothing claptrap about socialism. In their version of socialism, all you ever do is spend other people's money (instead of the idea of pooling resources to achieve economies of scale and price through greater leverage for consumers). The retort is basically saying that maybe it's time to actually try something like that.

Sort of loses its "zing" when someone like me explains it. But it's pretty good.
