The Northern part of the state (near D.C.) is more liberal, as that is where a lot of the newer industry is. This area of the state supplies over eighty percent of the state's tax revenue, but almost none of that goes to that area of the state. So,you have Red State Yahoos living off of transplanted Yankees, and complaining all the way. Well, many in that area want to secede from the state, as did West Virginia. Of course, when people started talking like that, now the Confederates are out in force, how dare those Yankees tell them they should not pay taxes to be called Damyankees? I say this because this can explain why the Yahoos are in force. The fact that Northern Virginia gave their heart of Dixie state to Obama in 2008 is an offense that will be punished, Dixie style.
