First it was the 3 month trial deal. Became 6 month trial. That being over, she called today and has been move to the "moving forward" program which starts this month and is for 4 more months. On the phone with them for two and a half hrs today. Last month it was ok'd if she agreed, she did and got $68 taken off her $1,100/month payment. Today, no, no, forget that you are now in the "moving forward" program. Asshats.
