Illegal aliens are deported when they are found. Any minor children are deported right along with them. Minor children born in the US can come here legally because they are citizens, but they'll have to wait until they're of legal age.

Applying for welfare benefits is a ticket back to wherever they came from.

That "anchor baby" idea is now a myth.
