During those times,about 200 members of the Black Community in Los Angeles were invited to a Series of Lectures at UCLA.

Many of the national leaders of the Struggle were invited to be Speakers... Jesse Jackson and so many more.

When I think of the young adults that were invited to attend,I realize how that powerful experience inspired us to stay involved in the Civil Rights struggle and strive to make a positive difference in our community and our world.
