You clearly don't understand Senate rules and the United States Constitution. And you seem to accept conservative and corporate media "talking points" on filibusters without reservation.
Would you like me to post information on how Senator Reid can either force Senate Republicans to engage in real filibusters or how he can stop Republican filibusters dead in their tracks if that's what he really wants to do?
You should make an effort to see beyond political "talking points" and determine the objective truth regarding these bogus "filibusters".
