..without really doing anything. The checks have been cut from Goldman Sachs to CONgress.

They really need to put a trading tax on ALL derivatives and CDO's, in order to save the world economy.

Also, stipulate that all Derivatievs must be traded 'on-the-books', none of these "over the counter", phantom derivatives that are off the books and subject to no law or regulation.

If Wall Strreet and the Federal Reserve are allowed to go on like this.. it is only a matter of weeks until we are right back in Depression II. (as if we ever left)

How can things 'Change'..... if nothing changes?
