Ex Gaula military trial for false positive

According to the prosecution, the March 11, 2007 Fabio Enrique Taboada Avila was contacted on MySpace (Sucre) to work on a farm in the town of San Pelayo, Cordoba.
A day later, Taboada Avila and NN were presented as extortionists killed in combat between the towns of Cereté and San Pelayo.
On these facts, the investigating prosecutor assured: Rosemberg Saiz Forero, first place; Carlos Ovalle Ivan Ayala, Pedro Duarte and Ewin Miguel Vargas Julio Perez, professional soldiers, accused for having allegedly committed the crime of double murder of protected persons.
In this process and were awaiting trial Rosso Antonio Valbuena, captain, and Giovanny Velez Garavito, professional soldier. All involved were apprehended by the CTI and are held in military garrisons.
