Chavez said in Caracas that the drama of the Libyan people would not end with the fall of Gadaffi, that it was only beginning.

So who is in charge now, the "National Transition Council" (whatever that is), "rebels," "freedom fighters," or the thousands of just plain looters?

Yep, it is starting to look like there is going to be a big mess, with a lot of looters now armed to the teeth, and a lot of pro-Gadaffi types also armed to the teeth who will be going underground.
