Haiti: U.N. Will Reduce Troops

The United Nations Security Council agreed Friday to withdraw 2,750 peacekeeping troops and police officers from Haiti, bringing the force’s size close to where it was before the 2010 earthquake, which would bring the force’s size to just under 10,600 troops and police officers.
