Cain knows that he is not a serious contender and never was, that he is just in it for the book sales of the present and future and the other possible money makers a presidential candidate can grab onto. Now would be about the time to duck out for him.

He's about at his peak now, and the more he opens his mouth from here on in, the more it becomes apparent he is not serious about running. The media is starting to turn on him and it's time to cash out.

Controversy is always a good sales booster and attention getter and the timing is just about right for Herb...
