But I don't consider her as such anymore. My grandparents have had health problems over the past year, so they recently moved in to assisted living. The woman in question wasted little time in trying to take advantage of the situation, and attempted to get a bit grabby with their house. She cut ties with the rest of us in our family once we stood up to her.

It just struck me that the bank is very similar to the person I mentioned above in taking advantage of an elderly person like that.
