Like a latter-day Auntie Mame, he swept in to town, held sway over a captivated audience for a time and, with a flourish and a tip of a dapper hat, swept out.
Stepping from a large auto onto the sidewalk outside the Roshek Building upon arrival, Cain spoke briefly with chef-jacketed Georgia Mihalakis of Café Manna Java World Café, at whose business Cain was scheduled to speak. However, the number of people who showed up to hear Cain speak was great enough to require adjustment, what some call Plan B. He stopped in the open, interior courtyard, a few yards from the entrance to the café, where a scrum of reporters, supporters, and curious onlookers crowded around.
