CNN Headlines: Bush "Overestimated", Skilling/Enron.
The "top of the hour" led with Bush's "Overestimating" job creation. They also showed a clip of him evading the subject in the Oval Office. A nice piece that will lead folks to question his honesty, and his capabilities. Is Bush guilty of the Gore "Crime" of exaggeration. I'd say so.

Skilling was another top story. The CNN crew agreed that Ken Lay was the "last one left", and that "he's next".

Before November? Let's hope so.

5. Uh....
"top of the hour", "CNN crew said"

Can't link to the TV at my gym. I was commenting on the presentation of this news. This is what folks outside of the 'net see. The stories are both in LBN.

13. like pappy bush did for all the IRAN-contra convicted criminals
in his own administration....casper weinburger and ollie north come to mind...there were about 30 others too...CONVICTED CRIMINALS in the government...pappy bush did that on Christmas eve, so nobody would notice...it protected pappy bush from any testimony by these criminals for reduced sentences, that and LOCKING UP the reagun/bush records despite laws requiring release of Presidential records...these bunch of crooks are all being sheltered by bush* illegally locking up the records...

yes, the foundation for bush* Iraq war is all locked up in those Presidential records and in the testimonies of the Iran-contra criminals...

watch flash video here...very short two minute history of saddam hussein and the USA, highlightling the CIA, which was headed by pappy bush* and donald rumsfeld, who served under reagun/bush...it's an eye-opener...

8. This Is The Drip...Drip....Drip We Want
The question is starting to hit lots of people...especially "mainstream" Repugnicans about their boy's capabilities and credibility. This is another shot in the bow. The whistledick used to have just one lie to refute or spin at a time, now it's coming in twos and threes...and he nor Nanny Hughes or RoveCo seem to be getting "on top" of the headlines.

While others are hoping we can turn hordes of * Repugnicans into Democrats this November, I still hope they just get frustrated and stay home...then turn their ugly knives on themselves for our fun and amusement. That's why when I talk politics with GOOPies I never push them into a * bashing session (that still hasn't happened) but just let them vent their questions and frustrations...building up more doubts in their own minds. Remember, a lot of these people have been hearing non-stop RW propaganda for years now...turning on their boy is a mea culpa most these people, even in their heart of hearts, don't have the spine or convictions to face.

I just heard the waste mention how he would like to keep talking about this issue...on this one I say...BRING IT ON! LET'S ROLL (do I have to pay that GOOP widow a royalty for using this?...wait I see a limo pulling up...)

9. we just have to keep pushing the issue
Letters to the Editor, phone calls to the rare open-minded talk radio types, etc. Remember, they originally said X million before, then it was revised down to 2.6 million and now they are backing away from that number!

Many folks just think of * as a good ole Southern boy with good morals and an honest, straightforward manner when he's really a master of deception.

11. The Truth Is Our Salvation
It's easy for someone like me to gloat since a lot of the predictions I made about this regime back in '99 and '00 unfortunately have come true...and beyond even my wildest spinning of the time. But no time for that, we have a country to retake.

The great political campaigns in the past have focused on a simple theme that "resonates"..."new deal", "great society" (good ones) or "contract on America" (bad one)...but puts the prime issues in clear focus. We need a message like that as well...and not a negative, put positive one. Miserable failure doesn't cut it.

People are starting to ask the question as to if this boy is handling their country well and can he continue to do so (if they think he did in the first place)...the truth is so glaring he can't, it's just a matter of putting the facts out as unfiltered as possible and then attack and expose the GOOPers when they try to lie and spin their way out.

Cheers!

10. Is Bush guilty of the Gore "Crime" of exaggeration.
I think I know what you are saying.

Gore as you know was caught in the smallest misstatements that were perverted into full scale media assaults -- GORED! Bush is an addled nare-do-well that is incapable of recalling accurately and in a Reagan-like manner remembers the things the way he wished they were.
