Cryptome.org has a copy of a New York Times article that reports that the CIA is training a new batch of secret police to keep everyone in Iraq happy and functional. And hopefully dissuading those who might otherwise shoot our guys. The good news is that they're taking pains to weed out any Baathists from the recruitment process who might have bad human rights records from their previous work for Saddam's regime.
