10th anniversary of Reagan Alzhimer |
|
In 1984 the Geriatics Dept of the U of Minnesoto did a study of Reagan behavior. Dr. Steve Case report.
The report concluded after reviewing tapes of the debates that Reagan had Alzhimers.
Edmund Morris in his biography of "Dutch" said the same.
A review of the two debates validate it. He was lost.

4. I never heard this before. It makes sense |
|
since he didn't seem to make much sense at the time. I remember well the deabte with Mondale where he drifted off at the end into this non-sequitor about driving down the coast of California. it was fucking bizarre. And if he really was out of the loop on Iran Contra then this explains it.

2. That Makes Me Feel Badly |
|
It certainly would explain why his behavior was often inapropriate at meetings - his drifting off to sleep etc.
New today is reporting that his health is not good and that he is not expected to live a whole lot longer. But he is 93 and has had the disease for 10 years.

He's had it at least 15 years.
