We already know the revolting crap that will be spewed on FR/Lucianne/ect. but what about here? I'll leave my views on Castro out of this, but will there be people here reacting the same way as now? Or will it be exclusively like Wellstone?

2. I wonder too, but only because I'm a native Miamian. |
|
And I hope everyone down there doesn't go completely bonkers and do something that gets the place trashed, or worse.
The idea of what could go down when that time comes does make me a little apprehensive. :scared:

4. Good riddance to the repressive old faker. |
|
It would have been nice if he had tried to really transform his country into a real socialist state, instead of this pseudostalnist "cult of personality" dicatatorship. so fuck him too.

they killed and displayed the bodies of Saddam's suns. It'll be a lot worse.

8. and at least Saddam's sons deserved it |

You can oppose the invasion/occupation and still say those two were bastards that had it coming. Castro on the other hand is a hero and savior for the poor of Cuba.

6. mixed with a lot of heavy emotions coming from both sides. |

Me, I will stand in silence and say prayers for a smooth transition for Cuba rather than upheavel/unrest or US instigated trouble. My concerns will lie more with what happens for those in Cuba in the periods ahead.
