Clinton's book WILL overshadow Reagan's death
IMO, Reagan has been dead for years & I think even the biggest Reagan worshipper must agree with this.I do feel bad for his family & think people should be relieved that he's now at Peace. But I am glad his death came now.I have no doubt Bush will use Reagan's death the same way he used 9/11.Thats why I honestly think CLinton will overshadow all of this.

Clinton's appeal IMO is bigger(probably because Reagan's been out of office for about 15 years vs.Clinton's 4) Plus Clinton I think is alot more interesting.Be ready to hear the Rwingers scream"Liberal Media" & "SHame on Clinton for taking the spotlight away from Reagan!"

I think a majority of people wantb to focus on right now & Clinton's book will be the hot ticket!Only the extreme right will want to wallow in the Reagan years all summer.

6. Kerry will be fine

see romantico's post below.

It's ironic how media whores like Howie Fineman say Reagan's death helps Bush but Clinton's book could hurt Kerry. Why the double standard?

8. Clinton has charisma & charm
People can't get enough of him.Just wait til a few days before the book comes out & some highlights are revealed like his take on Monica,Ken Starr,9/11 the 2000 sElection, etc. All these will be the things people will talk about.By time the book comes out people will be saying Ronald who?

10. Thanks for that perspective.
I really don't care for the way the spotlight is being taken away from the very serious problems made for our country by the Bush administration with this funeral.
