Bush is trying to spin this crisis in his administration as a "depends" moment...as in...it's all about leaks, and the excrement is not hitting the fan, so nothing to see here...move along.
I had MSNBC on for a moment and had to laugh outloud to hear Scarborough "lecturing" on the way discourse in this country has declined.
I'd like the Republicans to go take themselves out to the woodshed and smack themselves in the head. Maybe they'll get some sense then and realize that if they're gonna dish it out, they're also gonna have to eat it.
These whiney little twerps. When they want to insult and lie and plant all kinds of disinformation, it's all okay.
But when they go so far that people start to fight back, they're suddenly oh so concerned about civility. LOL
Their actions are pitiful. It reminds me of the steretype of the schoolyard bully who acts shocked, shocked when someone calls him on his crap and stands up to him....whaaaaaaaaahhh.
Of course, they're also spinning like their lives depended on it, and though their lives don't, maybe their lifestyles do, since once Americans wake up and get fed up, they will have no patience with these cranks and creeps.
No matter how much they try to dismiss this, it is not going away.
This issue with Plame is a big, big deal because Americans are already fed up with the rest of the way Bush (although they don't seem to want to connect him directly) has run the war, the economy, run our nation into the ground at home and across the world, diplomatically, and has made everyone wonder if they will know a time when these creeps are in office when they won't have to live in fear.
