need not be approached so differently. When you think about it, the most likely terrorist attack in New Orleans would have been an attempt to blow up a levee which is a disaster not unlike the one we are currently experiencing.

Instead, fear of a WMD attack overrode common sense within the Department of Homeland Security. Preparing for more likely scenarios of natural disasters which were not unlike the most likely terrorist attack scenarios was just thrown right out the window with the bath water!

This is a National Security failure on a monumental scale. This disaster irrefutably demonstrates that the DHS was in no way prepared to handle the most likely terrorist attack scenario in a major U.S. city.

These people have given aid and comfort to the enemy in our war on terror!
