Bush's inaction, his inability to command our vast police, rescue and military resources is now visible to the world. Does this kind of ineptitude make America a more vulnerable target in the minds of those who would do us harm?

if he can't provide leadership and anything beyond some self-serving photo-ops when faced with a natural disaster -- governance 101 -- how the hell can he help against a far more complex threat??
