Any investigation should NOT be an academic exercise in govermental responsiveness and systems analysis. PEOPLE DIED!!!Thousands of them!!! Those who did not have been displaced from their homes, lost everything! Some will have suffered with their physical health and mental well being. There are children out there who have lost parents--little babies who will never know their mothers or fathers. How many died of hunger and thirst?
