I think he has a closet full of the same shirt and he wears them at all of these things so that, visually, no one can tell just which day/event/photo op various pictures are from. He wants them to become just one blurr ... to make it seem like he never stops working long enough to even change his clothes. I think that he thinks that HISTORY will play it that way.

Only problem with that is, he wore the same "blivet** uniform" all during the 2004 campaign cycle too. History will think he has bad hygiene or just likes the way the powder blue sets off his eyes!
