FEMA has not only rehired Michael Brown, they continue his failure -- and they shouldn't be getting away with it.

Of course they're lying about the Federal response to Rita. They lie about EVERYTHING. It's their natural response to any situation. Spin is a way of life for them, and baldfaced lies are the natural consequence, as inevitable as night following day.
