Just watched Lean on Me, one of my favorite movies. Couldn't help but wonder if this was the true 'Reagan' America. The segregated nation with decaying inner cities. Remember, the 1980s saw one of the largest declines in America's inner cities -- where the school systems were raped and gang warfare rang out.
Can we attribute this to Ronald Reagan and his Reaganomics?
Remember, the gang problem, though still around today, slowly died out after Bush I left office.
