I have bronchitis.
This thing started out as allergies- sneezing, scratchy throat, runny nose. I think it's a product of my smoking again. Anyway, I think some of the mucus ran down into my lungs and infected them with some kind of bacteria.
So I took my temperature this morning with my home thermometer and it said that I had a temperature of 101.5. So I went to the doctor, and to my surprise the nurse told me it was really 103.4. That's odd because I'm not even hallucinating, and I usually do when it's over 101. The doctor gave me Biaxin, which I've taken before- a huge horse pill that ties one's stomach in knots. But it's very effective.
And on top of all that, I'm taking the LSAT tomorrow. I've been preparing for this test for months. They only administer it four times per year.
Hopefully the Biaxin will work as quickly as it did last time. I have to get this fever down, or there's no way my brain's going to work well enough to get the extremely high score that I'm going to need to make up for my somewhat low undergrad GPA. I'm having enough trouble with the logic games, as it is.
So wish me luck!
