why is the dude so happy after the doctor asks him to pull his shorts down
he smiles and then it cuts to him banging the roof of his car to creedence

maude sent him to the doctor to check his sperm count, that's for sure, but why would he be so happy then? it came as a surprise to him later on that she wanted him to conceive

did he get an enema?
