Specifically, mutton biryani from a Bengali tea shop on Airport Freeway and O'Connor in Irving (Indian store; can't remember the name). There's plenty; he had something else instead, so come on over!

12. What I love about world cuisines is how there is a continuum.

Asian and Indian food have rice in common. Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines have lamb, rice, yogurt sauces etc... The cuisines of the world are part of a seamless whole to me, and I love 'em all.
