10. I'm with you. Too much trouble
I only made it for my husband on his birthday. It was his favorite -- better than lobster.

It's also good sauteed, though, so I'll do that. But you just want to throw it in the pan and take it right out again, or it turns to rubber.

Great, now I'm hungry. :evilgrin:
