I was in PR at Domino's for three years in the late 80s; the peak of Monaghan's craziness. For instance, it was mandatory to dress up for Halloween. And once we all had to come to work in evening clothes, watch a fashion show, and listen to him drone about proper business attire for an hour.

Women couldn't wear pants, open toed shoes, or sleeveless blouses to work; men had to wear suits and couldn't have beards. It was crazy.
