Suggestions needed for dealing with extreme depression!!!

OK, I am in love with someone who is dumping me because I don't believe in the Bible (more or less). But never mind the details. I don't want to drink myself to sleep (this time), so what are my other options? Any suggestions for movies/food/other miscellaneous activities to keep me from jumping off a very tall building? What do you do under such circumstances?
