So what do i do? It's 80 deg & the nutty homeless woman has her poor dog

in a sweater. If I call the cops or animal safety, they will take the her and the dog will probably be destroyed. Sometimes life is pretty sad.

1. Since dogs sweat through their tongues

and as long as she is giving it water, the dog will probably survive, and the homeless lady will probably be kept safer just by having her dog.

2. My friend (a female) just hooked her and the dog up w/water and food.

The woman also agreed to let my friend take her dog to the vet for a check up. Ah, a woman's touch. Last time I tried giving this woman a bottle of water, she screamed at me.

the sweater is a good idea to protect the dog from sunburn.
