Nurses - a school question.
I have to do a care plan for a newborn with a neural tube defect. Neither the Kozier nor Lewis books cover this at all and my care plan book has almost nothing. I have been looking through the internet and there is all kinds of information about the disorders but not much on nursing goals and interventions. Do you know where I could go to get this information? Remember I will have to have something I can cite as a source. Thanks for any help.
