Has anyone heard whether Studio 60 is coming back?

It was one of the few shows I enjoyed last year, but I see that it isn't scheduled in it's time slot tonight. I know there was grumbling about the liberal slant of the program (duh...Sorkin) so now I am wondering whether the nbc execs didn't decide to deep 6 the 60. Anyone know for sure?

10. Can I offer a former insider view on this whole network exec thing?

It's not as important for network execs to promote a political agenda as it is that they make money off of that political agenda - whether it be conservative, liberal, or anything in between

Big money corporations do not always equate to conservative politics. It's a myth propagated by Chomsky, and we need to rise above it.

And yes, Studio 60 will at least live out the season. I think the show is still finding its footing, however. It has a lot of potential, but the framework of the show might be too narrow for it to be successful.
