While you're here, here's my tentative recipe list:

2 lb stew beef
Bacon
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers
Hungarian paprika
Beef Broth
Some # of potatoes, both grated and quartered
Salt and pepper

Anything to add? Suggestions?

I'm thinking of cooking the bacon, setting it aside, browning the meat in the bacon fat, adding veggies and spices and broth, cooking for an hour or two, adding bacon, and serving as is. Whaddya think? :)

i think we shouLd concentrate on the spiciness and paprika (assuming we use sweet paprika).

and beef broth, eh? i don't think it wouLd hurt, but it's kinda cheating. :P
