How the block feature would be used in an ideal world.
Someone repeatedly sends you private messages to express embarrassment and regret about posting foolish messages on your threads and not realizing that the messages are foolish until it is too late to edit them. Eventually you have pity and block that member. Then you receive a private message, from that member, thanking you for blocking him/her.
