Carnivorous predators make the best pets. |
For example, this morning I found a decapitated mouse corpse in the middle of my kitchen floor. Sometimes it's such a joy to be employed by live with cats.

2. Dogs have owners. Cats have staff. |
I saw that on a sign outside a vet's office. I love it. Really sums up the hierarchy, doesn't it?

4. Well, at least your predator knew |
how nutritious mouse heads are. But leaving the rest of the corpse on the floor is really bad form.

5. It's always delightful to step on a disemboweled rodent first thing in the am |
My darling feline tends to leave them on the welcome mat - when I leave at 4 in the morning, I always step rather gingerly, never knowing what might be waiting for me.

7. I have a cat who is doing guard duty with the mice. He sits and waits |
in the kitchen. Hasn't caught anything yet. But I'm sure it keeps the mice away from my dishes. At least untill bedtime. Sleep is his real master. Not hunting.

8. So that's where the bodies go! |

I usually find the heads. Or else some green thing. Always the green thing.

11. I just tried to leash up Pad Thai to walk him in the snow |
He's been yoweling to go out for hours. Once he felt that snow under paw, he calmed down quite a bit.
