Worst landlord I've heard of!

City Condemns Apartment Building On Milwaukee's North Side

MILWAUKEE -- Owners of a rundown Milwaukee apartment building have to come up with a plan to get their property in shape.

The city's Department of Neighborhood Services, or DNS, condemned the building near 27th Street and Roosevelt Drive.

The city said the buildings owners, Roger and Ilona Stank have failed to correct code violations dating back to September of 2004.

Pictures taken inside the building show moldy food and piles of garbage, as well as exposed wires and rodents.
