DU computer techs...I have a question...how do you fix missing
dll files? I have a friend who has windows/ME she installed a new printer today...now the missing "export dll" file message shows on startup.

Any suggestions?

1. go to website of printer manufacturer & download the file

2. what part of the start up?
is it still in DOS during boot when you see that message or has Windows already loaded?

4. not in DOS....its pops up on the screen after windows is on desktop

5. Do a google on the missing file.
