I am so sick of seeing flowers being delivered, chocolates being bought and everything that could possible have a heart put on it up in my damn face.

Screw Valentines Day........It's just a reminder for us single people that we are alone and that we have no one.

5. I have someone and I'm sick of it, too

I've had two Valentine's Dinners (he treated me, I treated him). I bought about eight plants and vases of cut flowers that are all red or pink. I decorated the mantle with red hearts and candles and ivy. I hand made Valentines and mailed them to all my friends and family. This took hours and made a big mess (but it was fun, actually). I spent an entire day (and not an eight-hour one, either) doing Web sites for clients who needed Valentine's Day promotions and I've seen all the hearts and red flowers I can handle.

I've always loved Valentine's Day but this year--enough already. I think I OD'ed
