I feel sad
Sometimes, when I don't get out of the house for a day, I get really sad, and slow, and feel like I have no energy. I feel like that now. Ugh.

Does this happen to you?

1. All the time...
sometimes I am like "I am going to be productive all day tomorrow" and then I finally wake up at like noon and don't feel like doing anything so I don't leave the house all day and don't accomplish anything. It sucks.

5. Hugs Mass_Liberal! I feel this way a lot as well. Today has been
a dishrag day for me. I feel all disjointed and limp. The kids were nuts today too (midwinter break) so it only added to it. Tonight, same feeling....

My thoughts are with you.

Hugs,Laura

7. Yep. That's why so many people GET depressed. We are natural critters...
we NEED to get up, move, ambulate, get out in the fresh air, sunshine... and do things.

when we sit around we stagnate and grow algae on our brains and whither up and get depressed and die.

10. Yes. I start the day late thinking I have
all the time in the world. And then, oh well.

Drink some coffee, if you can, if it's not too late. Listen to some obnoxious music, loud.

Take a good, thorough bath or shower.

Shit, you are talking to the princess of lying about. If I could post here laying down, I would.

11. Often. You wake up and you just know that it's gonna be a tough day...
Everything seems weird and off kilter, and you just wish you could stay in bed for that day. (And I have on rare occasion).

But, comes the next day or two, the fog lifts, and things just seems to roll along in greased grooves.

Everything around us goes in cycles, so I guess it's natural that we do, too.

Hang in there, Mass Liberal --

12. Yes, especially when the media beats us down and is victorious
then I remember it's only temporary. That we started something BIG, that the genie is out of the bottle, and those motherfuckers are going down hard for this.
