Regarding the size of your furnace filter...

Type the dimensions of your filter into the "notes" section of your cell phone.

That's what I do, and since I normally have my phone on me when I go shopping, I can just check the phone for the size.

2. No, for underwear, you have to...

carefully peel the tag off a current pair of underwear. Tape the tag to your forehead with some Scotch tape.

Then, when you are in the store, run into the rest room, look in the mirror, and try to read the size and brand. Of course, it will be backwards in the mirror. I have not come up with a solution for this yet.

5. I was just thinking this morning

That I always read your posts first when I get into the lounge because they bring a smile to my face, no matter how high stressed my day is. Thanks..... :hug: Always end up grinning and usually end up giggling when I read them.


The furnace filter idea is really handy. I use my notes section to store a wishlist of things for my appt. That way if I'm out and about and happen to be able to afford it, I have my prioritized want list right there.

It is still in the 90's here and I don't even HAVE a furnace.

Perhaps I will change my AC filter just to feel part of the gang.
