2. Me too. I used to work in a used book store. I'd pay myself and usually walked outta there with
an armload of books rather than cash.... as I was dusting shelves I'd find books I just had to read.

When my kids were small, they would make an x with their hands and say "x books, mama x books" cuz they wanted my attention on their precious selves more than those addictive, printed pages....

edit to say now they read lots and (not too soon) another generation will complain.
