My son was an RA in college. Nerf battles were among the most popular dorm activities.

And their time out has devolved into a massive tickle fight.

We use time out here to re-group and reflect when our actions are getting out of control. We lose and gain privileges as reward and punishment.

We just had a family nerf fight, then I had enough. The 2 of them went off in full battle gear, and I'm not exactly sure what happened but it was very loud.

We are nerfed to the teeth here.

3. You need to arm yourself with one of those multiple-fire Nerf dart guns and take them out next time.

Later last night (after time out) my husband found the darts for that one. I heard my son say, "Don't shoot mama!" and then bam! bam! bam!
