So ladies, do you use eco friendly menstural products?

I searched the term "cloth pads" on here and just wanted to know how many of you (if you are a menstruating woman) used eco friendly menstrual products?

I've been using reusable cloth pads for about two years. I order them mainly from Mimi's dreams on saucytots.com. Hope makes AWESOME pads. I've bought from other cloth pad makers and none of them compare to hers, as I have learned the hard way.

I tried the menstrual cup and it just wasn't for me. I hate I paid all that money and barely used it.

I find using disposable ones when I travel fairly unpleasant. Cloth feels better on the naughty bits.

I like my pads to have some personality.

I recently ordered one with different colored peace signs on black fabric. I have Care Bears, Hello Kitty, purple paisley, cupcakes, rainbow, stars....

7. Actually I did not. I thought tampons were a tremendous innovation over pads and a belt...

... and I thank the Goddess I never had to use rags. I met a gal in college who hailed from an Appalachian dairy farm and she grew up using repurposed cloth diapers as did all the women in her back-country family. I got the feeling that once she left for college she never looked back when it came to 20th century Kotex pads and tampons.

Talk to me about cloth diapers for babies and seniors and I'm right with you. But menstrual products? You may have them.
