Nor do I understand what time away from the spotlight you're talking about. Clark has been everywhere, speaking out about Bush screw-ups and, more importantly, working to get Democrats fighting together against them, and especially trying to set the stage for electing more Democrats in 2006. Hell, he's getting more media "spotlight" than he did in the last month of his campaign. Which I'll grant you, isn't much. But it's not because he's not out there.
