I guess Tony Blair finally got it through his thick head that he won't back George Bush on every little adventure that Bush might get into. Blair said he will not back Bush if the US decides to take out Iran's nuclear facilities. What Blair wants is something called a "Chapter 7" action. This action would in essence cut Iran off from the rest of the world, and slap heavy sanctions on the country, if it proceeds with its nuclear ambitions.
Earlier this week, Iran said that it has "soldiers" on the ground in Britain already, just waiting for the word to start a suicide bombing campaign. For me though, Blair's actions are a day late, and a dollar short. Tony would have had much more credibility if he told George earlier to stick the Iraqi war where the sun don't shine. Now with the victory of the leftists in Italy, the US and Britain are the only real credible force left in Iraq. Bush is slowly losing his allies
