I was sooo bummed cause I missed my vote in the VA primary :( My car broke down on the way home and by the time I got to town the primaries were over. Big bummer for me cause I really wanted to support DK and also Ive never missed a vote since i turned 18 (OK OK Im 23 but it was still a good streak!)

25. A big shout out to Kucinich and all his supporters

I'm looking for a candidate that is committed to staying in until the end to do what he can to provide a voice for the issues important to him and his supporters. That sounds like Kucinich to me.

However, I have to share a story. On the night of the Feb 3rd primaries, my daughter and I had to drive over to drop a check off to fix her car. On the way, we passed an intersection with some very dedicated anti-war protestors. It made me happy to see them out there as I recognized some of them from the Bush protest in the fall of 2003 in Kansas City. I honked and we shared some words about the power of the people and the evil that is Bush. The thing is that it made me happy but also guilty because I get so caught up in just holding my life together that I don't really do enough.

So in part, I don't really feel that I'm worthy of being a Kucincih supporter. I'm a single mom trying to help my daughter get through college and I just suck at getting involved.

But I am ready to make a change. So for now, I feel that the least I can do is pledge to go to my caucus in March and vote for Kucinich. Thanks to all the very dedicated Kucinich supporters who have been there through thick and thin. You really are an inspiration to me.
