Edwards is coming to Long Island
From an email I got today:

Second, John Edwards is coming to Long Island!! We are having a rally
at Hofstra University on Saturday, February 21, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. It
will be held at the Multipurpose Room on Hofstra campus. We are going
to use the Friday rally to announce the Senator's trip to Long Island so a strong showing at the courthouse would be great.

This is the first time in my memory that a presidential candidate has come to Long Island. Especially to campaign. Unfortunately I will be in Philly.

3. Edwards needs New York
Clinton won New York, can Edwards do it again?

Hey may not have to win it, but he does have to come in a close second to Kerry.

He may have two other largely populated states in the bag - Texas and Florida. Who will get California? Kerry already has Michigan.

I wonder if she will, before March 2nd, and would it make any difference?

6. I don't know and yes.
It would certainly make a difference. it would solidify Kerry in some peoples minds and would boost Edwards in others.
