BBV: How do we get Senators to co-sponsor The Voter Confidence Act?
There are zero co-sponsors of S.1980, The Voter Confidence Act, introduced by Senator Bob Graham (D-FL) for voter-verified paper ballots.

I spoke to Senator Mark Dayton (D-MN) when he was a guest on a radio show in December, and he said he supports it, but he isn't a co-sponsor.

At the Democratic Convention in Florida a couple of months ago, Senator John Kerry (D-MA) and and Senator John Edwards (D-NC) both said they care about having a paper trail, but they aren't co-sponsors.

How do we get Senators to co-sponsor S.1980, The Voter Confidence Act?
